Every single order is personally made by me, Russ, the owner of The CosForge. From the initial 3D print to the final paint detail, packaging, and shipment, I’m hands-on in every step of the process.

No — we are not affiliated with or licensed by any official brand, studio, or franchise. Our products are fan-made creations, brought to life by myself, inspired by popular characters and universes. They are designed as cosplay and display items, handcrafted with care for fellow fans and collectors.

All designs are original interpretations and should be viewed as fan art.

To be considered, you’ll need to provide us with:
A ready to print STL file.
Clear painting and weathering instructions.

We’ll then review your request and let you know if it’s something we can take on. We love unique projects and are always happy to explore new ideas!

We ship worldwide, but with a few restrictions:

We do not deliver to China and Russia.
To Canada and Europe: we currently only deliver armor pieces due to strict regulations around weapon props.
To all other countries: we’re able to ship both armor and weapon props.

Each order from The CosForge is crafted with care, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Due to high demand and our strict quality standards of which we shall never compromise upon, orders can take up to 8 weeks to ship.

We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery partner for most orders. All shipments are sent with tracking, and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can then use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the Royal Mail website, or with the relevant carrier if your parcel is handed over to a local postal service in your country.

Please note that it can sometimes take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Please note that we do not use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

We operate on a strict no returns policy, as all pieces are made to order and require a substantial amount of time and effort, unless the item is recieved damaged and can be proven it has been done so by delivery, and not maliciously by the customer, a return may be considered.
