A Milestone for Cosforge

I’m pleased to share some exciting news: The Cosforge has been nominated as a UK Small Business Awards Finalist (SBA UK) for Best Creative Arts Start-Up.

When I started The Cosforge, the goal was simple: create high-quality cosplay armour, props, and custom commissions that help bring characters to life. What began as a passion project has grown into a business that serves customers across the UK and beyond, producing bespoke pieces for conventions, collectors, content creators, and enthusiasts.

Being recognised by SBA UK is a significant milestone, particularly as a relatively young business operating in a highly specialised creative industry.

Building Something from Passion

The journey has involved countless hours of printing, sanding, finishing, painting, problem-solving and learning. Every project presents its own challenges, and every commission is an opportunity to improve and refine the craft.

Over the past year, The Cosforge has continued to expand its range of products and services while attending conventions, engaging with the cosplay community, and developing new ways to deliver high-quality creations to customers.

This nomination reflects not only the work that goes into each build but also the support received from customers, followers, fellow creators, and everyone who has chosen to support a small independent business.

While winning the award would be an incredible achievement, reaching the finalist stage alone is something I am immensely proud of.
